Association Partner Program

The Association Partner Program addresses many problems facing associations today, none the least is a shortage of budget dollars to address fast-paced technology developments. The utilization of Telusys' state-of-the-art software program solves this problem. Programs that individually would cost thousands of dollars to develop are now available in our Association Partner Program at one-time affordable pricing and low monthly hosting fees.

Additionally, as a service to your members and chapters Telusys has developed two options for chapter and member Web site development. The two options allow chapters and members to be in full control of their Web site through use of the Sitemanager program and, in the case of the SmartSite, a Web site builder wizard and the Sitemanager. We provide online tutorials that guide the user through the process and an instruction manual and assist with training functions via telephone and e-mail. Technical support is available on a 24X7 basis.

OPTION 1: Conventional Web Site Development and Hosting Options:

Level I: $25.00 per month hosting and 5 e-mail boxes. A site transfer fee may apply. Graphic design and Web development per quote.

Level II: $35.00 per month hosting and 10 e-mail boxes. A site transfer fee may apply. Graphic design and Web development per quote. Includes use of Telusys Sitemanager Program and features the following Telusys programs:
TSAP 2.0 — Telusys Site Administration Program, Stat-Track, AdTrack, Enterprise Calendar, E-Newsletter, Balloteer, Telusys Auto Response E-Mail Form, Interactive Membership Application Form, and Tel/Serv Mailing List Program.

Level III: $45.00 per month hosting and 15 e-mail boxes. A site transfer fee may apply. Graphic design and Web development per quote. Includes use of Telusys Sitemanager Program and features the following Telusys programs:
TSAP 2.0 — Telusys Site Administration Program, Stat-Track, AdTrack, Enterprise Calendar, E-Newsletter, Balloteer, Interactive Membership Application Form, Chapter Membership Directory, Telusys Bulletin Board System, Telusys Auto Response E-Mail Form, Tel/Serv Mailing List Program, and HyperGrasp 3.0 Search and Archival Engine.

Under this option, password protection can be added at no extra charge to the special areas of the Web site that require password access such as: Membership Directory, BBS and LiveTalk Chat.
